Noolyn by Sephina began with one simple idea — a family, tied together in macrame cord, framed in real depth. Every one of our custom keepsake frames in India is made to order, by hand, for one story only: yours.
Our Story
Noolyn started at a small table, with a bundle of macrame cord and a wish to hold a memory in something you can touch. What began as gifts for family grew into a handmade studio making keepsakes for weddings, new babies, siblings, parents and friendships across India.
Nothing here is mass produced. Each figure is knotted individually, dressed in the colours you choose and placed inside a deep wooden shadow box with your message printed above and your names on the frame. No two are ever the same — because no two stories are.
Materials We Use
Macrame cord
Soft braided macrame cord in our warm house palette — knotted, wrapped and trimmed by hand for every figure.
Wooden shadow-box frame
A deep 1-inch shadow box in pale whitewashed timber, left open without glass so every knot and fibre can be touched and seen.
Printed backgrounds
Your chosen background is printed inside the frame — botanical, plain or built around a photo you love.
Dried florals & fine detail
Tiny stitched features, crimped yarn hair and dried floral accents finish the scene.

Caring for Your Keepsake
- Hang or stand away from direct sunlight to keep the macrame colours warm and true.
- Our frames have no glass — dust the dolls gently with a dry, soft brush; never spray liquid inside the frame.
- Keep away from damp walls and steam; macrame and dried florals prefer dry air.
- If a cord ever loosens, message us — small repairs are always welcome.
